argh am down with really bad throat as well as runny nose now... hmmm nt sure abt running temp yet.. jus knw that am feeling very hot and keep sweating... hmmm guess good to lose wgt ba.. muahaha... also nt much appetite... been feeling bloated.. also coughin to the extent of wanting to poke... jus feel that something's stuck in ma throat... damn! think i caught it frm ma doc... she's also having this really bad cough for some time... in the car with her then keep coughing... hmmm... yesterday we were taking turns to cough in the car... today my voice is almost gone.. i sound like a man today! hahahaha... luckily Jerri said she wil tk my call tonight.. thanks loads babe! appreciate it! =) i think wil most prolly scare the callers with my voice.. haha... am expecting it to go anytime but i doubt it wld la.. heh... have not been eating chilli leh! see i so good.. hee hee hee..in fact nt been anything much at all... hmmm yesterday ate 2 buns for breakfast then kept coughing and wanting to puke.. dinner ate bit of rice n chicken wings buden vomitted.. Heh.. then Bi made glass of warm milk for me... Heee *muacks* then when i got home today, my nose jus started to leak by itself.. -_-" jus hope it clears...! doesnt feel good to be like this man!!!

Jus rched home nt long ago for the 2nd time... also had my bath again within like 3hrs? finished work ard 9 with iv drip... then had to go see new patient and by the time ended ard 10plus. waited for colleague to fetch me and rched home ard 11plus... when nearing my plc, received a call to see another patient... -_-" so called doc... faster rch home, had a quick shower and left again ard 12plus... patient nt that bad young guy so finished fast also... then rched hm ard 2plus, had another shower and now sitting here.. hopefully no more calls for the night... am tired.. didnt have proper lunch.. didnt even have dinner but im too lazy to eat and dont really have appetite to eat at this hr... bit sian ah... today had 3 new cases... diao diao diao... Heh... anyway hope all goes well for the night...

met up with Sky over the wkend hope all goes well and get end results soon.. cant wait!!!

havent gotten off for the whole week... ehh.. if include MC day then MC day was my off day but doesnt really count cos i was sleeping in most of it... did 3 cases yesterday and today.. need to ask Boss if she gonna pay me for today becos its supposedly my off day... hmm sumtimes mus draw the line right ?

anyway, the po po's are really cute... i was thinking abt goin for the polyclinic job.. yeaps.. they offered me a position and i was really really tempted becos the hours are more fixed and regular.. i wldnt be called back.. i wld have 21 days of leave... i wld get more experience and opportunity to further studies (adv dip) ... but theirs is contract basis... yrly... they wld renew it til they either feel that performing well and convert to permanent or they jus boot ya... thats nt very stable is it? Bi was for it.. he feels that the working hrs wld be much better... i wldnt be called to work middle of the night or during my sleep... i wldnt be on my toes and feel so uptight too when im on call.. thing is im like super kan chiong when im on call... im afraid patients wld call and i wld be in deep slumber having sweeet dreams and wld nt be able to hear the phone ring... Heh... this job gives me only 14 days annual leave... and well the pay is higher than the polyclinic pay... which is one of the reasons im really thinking hard.... wld tk me awhile in the polyclinic to get paid what im getting now... and well study wise i think i wld have to fund myself... Doc is flexible though.... so i guess each has its own good and bad... Bi feels strongly abt the working time.. abt being on call.. cos he sees that im tired and i really am... from all the traveling really... Hehe..

Was a bit sian of having to work yesterday and today but after today with the cute po po's i think this job aint that bad.. I juss need another nurse to partner with me so we cn spilt the cases and wld be better.. Hmmm... Anyone wana work as a Mobile Nurse? Do let me knw k? Wld really lurve to have a partner... =)

Am tryin to lose wgt.. i think its time to get serious.. wld lurve to sign up for hot yoga classes but exp and need to do some serious saving for Our future so... *shrugx*

have gotten wedding date. went to see fsm at loyang with FMIL and Bi yesterday. Will be 2nd half of next yr. Don't wanna argue abt date. I wanted earlier but in laws want later so let it be la. Anyway they are the ones supposed to get the date. so that's settled. so now cn go apply church as well as source properly for banquet venues. Not say I kiasu or what buy other pple have started booking for next yr as well as for 2009!!! guess the more popular hotel venues wld be snapped up by now. Anyway hope more wedding shows are coming up so cn have more choices and well as perks! =)

Initially tot tomorrow cn slack as Doc supposed to go for KL. anyway it's cancelled and i hafta report to clinic at 1030 tomorrow. Need to finalize terms for my contract. Been going on a bit of discussion for my terms. Initially doc was work 4 days rest 4 days. but those 4 days wld be on calll which i feel the pay given doesnt justify the hrs put in. so i asked for higher pay. she agreed for higher pay but also felt that with higher pay comes more working hours. so it was 5.5 work week plus 2 days oncall/standby out of which 1 of the days wld be sat or sun. which in theory wld mean i work either 6 or 6.5 work week which was a no no for me! if i wld mon - sat half day then i on call sunday where is my off then? -_-" bit duh right? so i was okie if wan then i wrk 5 day week. out of the 2 days standby, 1 is wkday 1 is wkend. means in a mth, on call wld be 4 wkdays and 2 sats and 2 suns. and i asked for slightly higher pay. to which she said if want higher pay cn. then standby 3 days in a week. -_-" Then im like okie. stick with 2nd pay offered. 5 day wrk week with 2 days standby. I am so bending over here. There is a limit and well its kinda pushed olredi.

Bi jus wants to knw if i like the job. If im ok with it. of cos pay is impt but if i like it den jus go for it. I do like it but the terms and pay mus also be feasible right. *siGhx* shall see wad doc says tomorrow bah. DuHx.

also hafta call nhgp to see if selected. if selected then i will go for nhgp instead. pay may be lower but at least wrking hrs are more fixed and i wun be on call! also nearer to my own hm and more accessible. also more leave. hahaha. bonus also more!!! yeh man. mus call.

Was up at 615 today. Followed Doc on rounds. I am really tired now. Got back home ard 10plus. Also had my dinner when I got home. No time for dinner. *siGhx* We saw like 7 cases today. 5 reviews. 1 death. 1 new case. my eyes are closing. I still have to go to 1 house tmorrw to run drip and take blood. Sunday also mus go give IV. *sObx* What am i getting myself into?

So fast the week has gone by. Like officially unemployed for 1 week. *lolx* Received call from a clinic today. That clinic caters to expatriates. The manager called me. Russell. Kinda caught me off guard as I was in the library lookin for books to read. Yeah was really bored to tears man. Anyway, he was really interested to know why the agency sent them my resume because Russell feels that I do not have much experience in Nursing. I do agree with that totally.

My experience would be around 3yrs+. For nursing, it is very very very short. I may have been in a ward where I've come into contact with many different disciplines from Surgery to Ortho to Respi to Neurology to Neurosurg and lastly Gen Med, experience still lacks. Experience will be where one has worked at least 8-10yrs in Nursing. That would be called experience. Mine would be just passing thru literally. I think some time down the road I may go back to the wards but for now, I would rather stay out of it. Wrecks social life. Wrecks family life. Can't have that man. No way hose.

Anyway, he did ask me to go thru the company's web and give him a call tomorrow or rather today, after 9am. Was thinking abt it and I may have to give this offer a miss. Dealing with expatriates can be rather taxing. The pay I hear is really good. But I do not think I wana actually mix/mess with expatriates. Not my cuppa tea. Shall have to call him outta courtesy to let him know that I would like to withdraw my application. Heh. call me chicken but I don't care. I have other offers lined up. =D

Went for polyclinic interview on Wed am. Hmmm I'm nt too sure what my chances are. One sister seems to like my experience the other seems okie. Can't really tell. I would only know in 2 weeks time. Oh well. The good thing is benefits. And bonus. Yeaps. And well... public holiday's off. Yeh.

Went for mobile nursing interview in the evening. Lets jus say I more or less have gotten the job. It's just whether I would like it or not. I'm going on trial run on Monday. They are located at Thomson area. Feel like kicking myself over the pay. I asked for toooooo little and Doc was like, "So you asking for $xxxx. I'm not going to negotiate with you. I do not like to negotiate pay so I will give you what you ask for." I was like ehhh okie... then it's like no medical benefit.. bonus she didnt specify hw much but she did say she is pretty generous and she is flexible... Hmmm.. I would be the only RN.. the other gal is an EN... Well the good thing is that if not feeling well no need to take mc.. jus let them know and rest at home... But no medical benefits like not very good le.... i mean not that im cursing myself or what but if anything she said have to use my own medisave... So that's not very good is it??? Anyway, I'm going to ask for higher pay and see if she can gimme lor... The pay I asked for is more for polyclinic pay lor... Pte clinic shld ask for more.. so stewpigx of me not to say it earlier... now mus wait til next Friday cos Doc is away in Chicago... wil be back on Thurs and I will start there on Friday... Will be going by on Mon & Tues to learn admin stuff n stuff... Supposed to follow EN today but last min patient didnt wan to be on drip so save me the trip... Heh... also had to do some stuff... Mother's burfday is coming... zZzzZ *moneyflies* *siGhx* gonna be very broke again...

Bi's serving the country now... but wil be out tomorrow night.. Heh... 1 week reservist... miss him so much... It's so ironic really.. when he's ard i'm like okie... see u on wkend ah... miss him on n off but tolerable... now reservist it's like torture lehhh dunno why man... Feel so miserable!!! Miss him so dammn much... *duHx* He did book out on Wed night for PH but booked back in on Thurs night.. Still miss him loads ah... I can't imagine next time after wedding and own hse how man.... Jialat... mus ask pple come stay with me acc me liao... Heh... Anyway tomorrow mus hug him tight! =D

Met up with church gang for dinner at opal crescent on Wed night... food was so so.. recommended by Kah Yee & Eddie... Fish steamboat thingy... not bad bah but not amazing la.. Heh.. =P Eddie's going to Melbourne this Sunday.. he will be there for a yr or so for work... Quite shiok... Kah Yee will be joining him there after their wedding in Jan.. Good life.. He's gonna have to support her... she can't wait... *lolx* Wish them all the best! Not sure if they will be ard for our wedding leh.. Hope they will be back... Not sure when our wedding is also... ZzZZz waiting for in laws to gimme date... zZZZ *squeeze water from rock* zZzZz...

Jus realised last night that Kah Yee/Eddie's wedding falls on the same day as goodfrn's wedding!!! 19th Jan 2008. WahlaO... I dunno what to do... I want to attend bothhhh!! But how???? I also dunno how... Have to ask Bi how... One at Shangri la and one at Four Seasons.. I wana be there for bothhh!!! I wana take photos at bothhh!!! HOW????? A bit difficult though both are "quite near" to one another... but wldnt be good to occupy spce and not be there physically right??? *SIGHX* I also dunno how... Think about it really sian lor... I knw goodfrn really tight on space... and she has made space for Bi and myself... in a way if i dont go then she wun be so headache when it comes to space lo.. but good frn leh... I also dun wana miss out on Ky/Ed's one becos they are my church frns and i really like them a lot...! though we only got to knw each other frm membership class since last yr Oct.. I still love being with them and wld lurve to share their special day with them... They are really good frns too!!! Looks like need to see how bah.. Also not sure if Ky/Ed invite us to dinner.. HahAha... She says yes but duno confirmed or not... They wil be having church wedding on same day... So maybe go church for hers then dinner for goodfrn's? Difficult man... so difficult... haiii.. how??? dunooe man... jialat.. headache looor...

Wahlao this is one of the lousiest shows ever by the jack black guy... the same actor in school of rock.. cant recall his name offhand nt sure if it is jack black also.. haha.. anyway lousy lo.. CMI... didi borrowed 3.. actually i chose with him la.. Haha... oh well.. 2 more to go.. Hoodwinked and Hustle & flow.. have to finish watching them by tomorrow or rather later.. like Sat la becos night time i going Bi's plc... then cannot watch le.. Heh. so pia now... =P
